For the moment, ponder the Sermon on the Mount  beginning in Matthew 5:1-7:28.  The wisdom in Jesus’ teachings are so profound that whoever were to put them into practice would be a very “wise person” as Jesus said at the end of the Sermon. Such a person would clearly acquire a very high quotient of EQ and be a wonderfully beneficial, non-anxious presence in this world.

In this context, you will want to acquire a copy of Getting to Know God.  Much of Jesus’s Sermon on the Mount wisdom is embedded in the second half of that publication and is easy to access and develop a focused meditation on those truths.

In most circumstances, getting trained in the basic program of  EQ is fundamental to overcome many of the cultural barriers that inhibit contemporary Christian from penetrating the incredible good news of the gospel and its ethical standard that lead to the truly abundant human life.

This page will be update with more information on Jesus and EQ in the near future.

The greatest source of peace, joy, enthusiasm, generosity, and love, and consequently, the greatest cure for worry, depression, greed

and hatred IS  knowing and believing with wavering that God truly is who God says God is in the Scriptures!
